Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team through your account. Ensure you have photographic or video evidence to expedite the process. Each case is handled individually to provide the best resolution.

Receiving Your Refund

  • Processing: Once we receive your package and confirm the items are in a re-saleable condition, your refund will be processed promptly.
  • Notification: You will receive an email confirmation of your refund.
  • Timing: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. This can take up to 10 days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank and payment method. PayPal refunds are typically immediate.
  • Expired Card: If your card has expired since placing the order, contact Customer Service to arrange an alternative method.

Returning Hazardous Materials (Hazmat)

  • For hazmat items (e.g., fragrances, aerosols):
  • Original Packaging: Use the original Qobey packaging to return your item, ensuring correct labelling and appropriate handling by the courier.
  • UN Number: Hazmat items are marked with a UN number on the shipment paperwork.
